“Annika Kompart has remarkable ability for artistic leadership. Her young age considering, she has a very distinct sense of seeing the structure of movement and to break it down into elements. This gives her communication with the dancers a very clear direction and makes their bodies accessible for the aims she is pursuing. By using mental pictures and slowly building up the material, she gets the dancers to follow the same track despite their different backgrounds and interpretations. Her forthcoming, gentle and positive creates a good and relaxed atmosphere for the dancers to develop, work and being creative in.” Susanne Pørksen 6 Mai 2015
